TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The sixth Indonesian president Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and wife Ani Yudhoyono have left the Presidential Palace earlier today. A number of ministers in cabinet Indonesia Bersatu II, along with invitees and military personnel, attended SBY and wife’s departure.
During the past 10 years, SBY and Ani have lived in presidential palace to carry on the Presidential tasks. Having ended his term, SBY is set to return to his personal residence at Cikeas, Bogor.
Earlier today, new president and his vice have been officially inaugurated. Therefore, Joko Widodo and his wife Iriana, are set to take in their throne in the palace for the next five years, embracing presidential tasks that await the most-anticipated president.
