Govt Wins Rp10tn from Bond Auction

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Finance Ministry has auctioned five series of Government Bonds (SUN) through Bank Indonesia. The ministry's Directorate General of Debt Management reported that of a total offer of Rp24.2 trillion, the government only won Rp10 trillion.

Of the five bond series offered, the government only took four. They are SPN12150710 (reopening), FR0069 (reopening), FR0070 (reopening), dan FR0068 (reopening). Issuance will start tomorrow, September 18.

For the SPN12150710, the government won Rp2 trillion for a high yield of 6.64 percent. The series will mature on July 10, 2015.

The government won Rp3.05 trillion for the FR0069 series with the highest yield of 8.07 percent and a 7.875-percent coupon rate. This series will mature on April 15, 2019.

For the FR0070 Series, the highest yield won was 8.33 percent with a coupon rate of 8.375 percent for a nominal amount of Rp2.7 trillion. This series will mature on March 15, 2024.

Lastly, the government won Rp2.25 trillion for the FR0068 with the highest yield of 8.89 percent and a coupon rate of 8.375 percent. This series will mature on March 15, 2034.
