TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Jakarta provincial government has completed its 2014 Regional Budget (APBD) revision as requested by the Home Affairs Ministry.
"The revised budget has been submitted to the Home Affairs Ministry," Endang WijayantiJakarta Financial Management Agency head Endang Widjayanti said yesterday at the City Hall.
Endang explained that the revised APBD items include nomenclatures, budget for hajj pilgrims, financial assistance for regional general election commission and election supervision committee, and government investment participation (PMP) in private business.
Previously, delayed approval of the APBD has been hampering a number of programs, including the Jakarta Night Market and compensations for residents from several areas, who will be relocated to low-cost apartments.
