TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Independent reported that Actress Shirley Temple passed away in the age of 85 of natural cause on February 10. A family member wrote in statement that the family paid their respect to Shirley Temple, wife of the late Charles Alden Black.
Temple began her career when she was three years old. She won Academy Award when she was 5 back in 1935, marking her as the youngest Oscar awardee. The American Film Institute also crowned her among the United States Movie Legends.
Public began to notice Temple when she began her career in 1932. Starring Bright Eyes in 1934, the innocent-look young girl received international success and an Academy Award.
