TEMPO.CO, Havana - Fidel Castro has made a shocking public appearance as he presented himself before the people of Havana, Cuba. Xinhua reported Castro was visiting an opening of an art studio in the Capital on Wednesday.
The former Cuban brave leader made a visit in the gallery, viewing some of its collections, including the paintings of Wifredo Lam. Castro's appearance in the Capital also coincides his 55th anniversary in toppling Cuban dictator Fulgencio.
Fidel Castro himself was out of grid in 2006, after 30 years leading Cuba due to a serious colon disease. He was then replaced by his younger brother, Raul Castro, in 2008.
