TEMPO.CO, Nigeria - Voice of Nigeria reported that several armed personnel have attacked a school in Nigeria on Saturday, July 6. The attack took the life of 20 students and a teacher, and critically wounded four other students.
Investigation is yet to reveal the suspects, and no group has claimed to be responsible for the action. The assault took place in Yobe State, North East of Nigeria. The region is known to be the location of the Islam Extremist Terror Group, Boko Haram, that regularly launches attacks to the local government.
Last month, a similar attack in the same region took the lives of seven students and two teachers. Boko Haram claimed to be responsible for the attack.
