Next Week's Agenda: Big Bad Wolf Books to Telemoyo Paragliding Festival 2023

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - For next week's agenda, Tempo English has compiled several events set to be held, starting from September 10 until 17, 2023. Those events include the Big Bad Wolf Books in Yogyakarta, PLN Nusantara Power Connect 2023 and Kriya Nusa Exhibition in Jakarta, to Telemoyo Paragliding Festival in Semarang.

1. Big Bad Wolf Books (Yogyakarta, Sept. 1-10, 2023)

The International Book Bazaar “Big Bad Wolf Books” (BBW) is back for book lovers in Yogyakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. This annual book fair will bring excitement into new literacy adventure with an all-new collection of books.

This largest book exhibition in Indonesia will be held from 1st to 10th September 2023 from 09:00 to 24:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB) at the Jogja Expo Center (JEC). Moreover, this exhibition are free of charge for visitors entering the building.

2. PLN Nusantara Power Connect 2023 (Jakarta, Sept. 11-12, 2023)

PLN Nusantara Power will hold the largest annual exhibition and seminar in the electricity sector in Indonesia, the Nusantara Power Connect (NP Connect) 2023.

This year's theme is 'Strengthening The Base, Expanding The Business' which will be held on September 11 to 12, 2023, at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), GBK Sports Complex, Central Jakarta.

This event will bring together all international electricity personnel in one big, prestigious moment.

3. Pameran Kriya Nusa (Jakarta, Sept. 13-17, 2023)

The Jakarta 2023 event will return with a large exhibition, namely the Pameran Kriya Nusa (Kriya Nusa Exhibition) with the theme 'Superior Crafts, Advancing Indonesia'.

The Kriya Nusa exhibition itself is a national scale craft exhibition which is held every year to preserve and develop craft products made by Indonesian craftsmen.

This exhibition will be held from 13th to 17th September 2023 at the Jakarta Convention Center, Central Jakarta.

In addition to preserving Indonesian craft products, this exhibition also aims to market various kinds of creative craft industry products from Indonesian  craftsmen.

4. Telemoyo Paragliding Festival 2023 (Semarang, Sept. 17, 2023)

Telemoyo Paragliding Festival is back again, inviting dozens of paragliders from within and outside of Indonesia to enliven this annual event, in which has been held at Mount Gajah Telomoyo, Getasan District, Semarang Regency for the last two years, showcasing amazing attractions in the skies of Central Java.

The paragliding festival is an inseparable part of the series of sporting activities at the 2023 Telomoyo Festival. This year, the event is even more impressive with the presence of paragliders from Turkey and Vietnam, adding to the diversity of international participants.

There will be an Elephant Trail Run on September 17, 2023, and also the 2023 Paragliding Festival which will take place from September 17-24, 2023, held at Lapangan Muncul of Semarang Regency.
