TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - A fire report came from one of the offices at the National Police Main Headquarters (Mabes Polri) late Thursday, specifically at a room overseen by the intelligence and security agency (Baintelkam). 

The Jakarta firefighter call center employee Suparno said they were informed about the fire at 19:55 Western Indonesia Time (WIB) and immediately mobilized three fire trucks. The fire stopped just 5 minutes later with the use of fire extinguishers.

“The fire went out at 20:00 WIB,” said Suparno. 

As to what triggered the fire alarm, Suparno was unable to confirm.
