The data leak was carried out in November 2022 in CSV format, including name, email address, citizen identification number (NIK), taxpayer identification number (NPWP), phone number, address, date of birth, gender, income (per day, month, and year), and other data.
In his Twitter @bjorkapipa, Bjorka said the PeduliLindungi COVID-19 app will be the next target for data breaches.
The hacker returned after a month of disappearance. He has been widely discussed as he leaked the personal data of government officials and agencies.
The police had reportedly arrested a man, MAH, suspected of being Bjorka in Banjarsari Kulon Village, Dagangan District, Madiun Regency, East Java. However, the National Police spokesperson Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo said investigators were still unable to conclude whether the man was Bjorka. The investigation was still afoot.
Meanwhile, Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga Irto Ginting said his side is conducting an investigation into the data leak.
