Corruption Suspect Supreme Court Justice Agung Sudrajad Dimyati Has Rp10.77bn in Assets

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named Supreme Court Justice Agung Sudrajad Dimyati and several others as suspects in the alleged bribery in the Supreme Court's handling of legal cases.
Based on the State Administrators Wealth Report on the KPK's official website, Dimyati is quite diligent in reporting his wealth. The last report he filed was on March 10, 2022, for the periodic report of 2021. At the time, Dimyati reported that the value of his wealth totaled Rp10,77 billion.
Dimyati's assets include 8 plots of land and buildings in a number of cities with a total value of Rp2.45 billion as well as cars and motorcycles with a value of Rp209 million. But most of Dimyati's assets are in the form of cash or cash equivalents, with a value of Rp8.07 billion.
KPK chief Firli Bahuri said that the anti-graft body arrested eight people in two separate operations in Jakarta and Semarang. Six of the eight people were immediately detained.
"The KPK team arrested 8 people on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at around 3:30 pm in Jakarta and Semarang," Firli said at a press conference on early Friday morning, September 23.
The KPK confirmed that the bribery case implicating Sudrajad Dimyati is related to the handling of Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative's criminal report case and the civil lawsuit filed to the Supreme Court.
