Anies Baswedan Claims His Personal Data Leaked by Bjorka Wrong

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - A hacker known as Bjorka has breached yet another personal data of Indonesian figures. Recently, Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan’s sensitive data including mobile phone numbers, population identification numbers (NIK), family card numbers (KK), and vaccine numbers were posted online.
Anies, however, asserted that most of his data hacked were wrong. “Yes, unfortunately, the NIK is wrong. The cellphone numbers are also wrong,” he said at the Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) Building, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
The hacker uploaded Anies' sensitive data on Telegram and Twitter through the account @bjorkanism. Twitter has suspended the account.
Other data breached include address, place and date of birth, occupation, religion, marital status, and the names of his wife and mother. Bjorka also submitted four mobile phone numbers belonging to the governor. Yet, Anies claimed they were wrong. “So I don't know,” he said shortly.
The hacker had previously disclosed the personal data of a number of state officials, such as DPR Speaker Puan Maharani; Home Affairs Minister Tito Karnavian; Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs Mahfud Md; and Communications and Informatics Minister Johnny G. Plate, as well as government documents labeled as classified.
On September 12, Bjorka tweeted about Jakarta’s flood and congestion issues that Anies Baswedan had to solve.
