Anies Baswedan Inaugurates Urban Housing Near MRT Stations

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan inaugurated urban housing near the MRT Station or at the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area for middle-class workers with an income of Rp7-20 million per month.
Located in the center of the capital, the housing is named Alaspadu and Rumapadu carried out by PT MRT Jakarta through its subsidiary, PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta in collaboration with private parties, namely PT Rukita Bhinneka and PT Cove Living Indonesia.
“This [residence for young people] is prepared under collaboration program,” Anies said as quoted from Antara, Friday, August 19, 2022.
According to him, Alaspadu and Rumapadu are part of the Jakhabitat program. Alaspadu is a rental residence with a co-living concept, while Rumapadu is an ownership residence (apartment).
This collaboration has produced 359 units of Alaspadu with 106 available units and 253 units being processed. Alaspadu residences are spread across three MRT Jakarta stations, namely Rukita Kudus Menteng (54 Units) which is about 550 meters from Dukuh Atas BNI Station, Rukita Jack House Melawai (25 Units) which is 290 meters from Blok M BCA Station, and COVE Sky Cipete (27 Units) at 700 meters from Cipete Raya Station.
Meanwhile, 320 units of Rumapadu are under construction and are located at One Bell Park Apartment, Fatmawati, which is about 1.6 kilometers from Fatmawati Station.
