TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Paralympian Nanda Mei Sholihah has successfully collected three gold medals for Indonesia in the ASEAN Para Games 2022 from three classes held from August 2 - August 3. The East Javan paralympic athlete with the nickname Nanda took gold in the 100, 200, and 400-meter classes.
The first gold was won in the 100-meter run which was held at the Manahan Stadium in Solo, Tuesday, August 2, 2022. He recorded a time of 12.8 seconds. On the second day, Wednesday, August 3, Nanda competed in the 200-meter run with a record time of 27.35 seconds. The result earned her a second gold medal.
On the same day, Nanda appeared in the 400 meters and recorded a time of 63 seconds, for her third gold medal. Prior to this, she won silver medals in the 100 meters and 200 meters at the 2014 ASEAN Para Games in Myanmar.
During her stint in the ASEAN Para Games 2015 held in Malaysia, Nanda was no stranger to medals as she won three gold medals in the same three classes aforementioned, and was repeated in the 2017 ASEAN Para Games with three gold medals.
