Batik Air Offer Direct Flights to Bangalore; Airfares Start from Rp1.9 Mln

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Batik Air, a subsidiary of LCC Lion Air Group, announced that it would be serving international routes to South Asia, with a new flight destined to Kempegowda Bengaluru international airport or Bangalore (BLR) in Southwestern India.
"Batik Air in the form of the Bangalore air route supports the global economic recovery phase, from government programs of (Indonesia, Malaysia, and India)," said Batik Air CEO Capt. Mushafiz Bin Mustafa Bakri in his statement on Tuesday, August 2.
The airliner will operate one of its most modern Boeing 737 series aircraft with airfares as follows.
- Jakarta to Bangalore starting from Rp 2,458,300
- Bangalore to Jakarta starting from Rp 3,137,700
- Bali to Bangalore starting from Rp 2,536,300
- Bangalore to Bali starting from Rp 3,312,000
- Medan to Bangalore starting from Rp 1,941,150
-. Bangalore to Medan starting from Rp 2,722,600
Batik Air’s new destinations offer opportunities for tourists and business people from Indonesia through 3 (three) departure cities, namely: central Indonesia – Jakarta, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, Banten (CGK), Eastern Indonesia – Denpasar, I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Denpasar in Badung, Bali (DPS) and western Indonesia – Medan, Kualanamu International Airport in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra (KNO).
