Joint Decree on 2022 Eid al-Fitr Collective Leave Days Released

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian government has officially issued a joint ministerial decree (SKB) which stipulates the additional collective leave days for Eid al-Fitr 1443 Hijr.

They are the joint decree of Religious Affairs Minister No. 375 of 2022, the Manpower Minister No. 1 of 2022, and the Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Minister No. 1 of 2022.

The decree amends the SKB of Religious Affairs Minister, Manpower Minister, and PANRB Minister No. 963 of 2021, No. 3 of 2021, and No. 4 of 2021 concerning national holidays and collective leave in 2022.

It is released in Jakarta on April 7, 2022, and takes effect immediately.

In the attachment of the decree, the government declares the national holiday for Eid al-Fitr 1443 Hijr falls on May 2-3 and collective leave on April 29, May 4, May 5, and May 6.
