Four Companies Set to Hold IPOs in IDX Today

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) said that four companies will list their shares on Monday, December 6. With them included, the number companies that hold IPOs at the IDX this year increase to 47.
According to the IDX, the companies that will list their shares today are PT Wira Global Solusi (WGSH), PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (CMRY), PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP), and PT Jaya Swarasa Agung Tbk (TAYS).
"WGSH, CMRY, WMPP, and TAYS are the 44th, 45th, 46th and 47th companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the year 2021," the IDX explained.
Wira Global Solusi (WGSH) is a technology company. It plans to offer 208.5 million IPO shares for a proceeds target of Rp29.19 billion. Premium milk producer Cisarua Mountain Dairy (CMRY) will float some 1.19 billion shares to the public, targeting an IPO proceeds of Rp3.66 trillion.
Livestock company Widodo Makmur Perkasa (WMPP) plans to offer 4.41 billion new shares with a proceeds target of Rp707.04 billion. Meanwhile, Jaya Swarasa Agung (TAYS), a snacks producer, is offering 240.3 million new shares for a total proceeds of Rp86.51 billion.
