WSBK 2021 Trophies Brainchildren of Bali Artists: IMI Chair

NATIONAL INFO - Bambang Soesatyo (Bamsoet), the chairman of the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI)-cum-Speaker of the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR), has lauded the trophies of the World Superbike (WSBK) 2021 and the Asia Talent Cup 2021 crafted by Tuksedo Studio Bali. Each trophy symbolizes Mandalika as the race circuit.

The WSBK 2021 trophies are made by the proficient hands of Tuksedo Studio artists and leaves deep impressions to both champions and fans.

“It also marked the talents and potential of Indonesians as workers, participants and promoters of international automotive events," said Bamsoet while attending the WSBK in Lombok yesterday, November 21, 2021.

He also explained the trophies were made from aluminium and stainless steel, which symbolizd Tuksedo Studo Bali that deals kit car production, modification, re-creation and restoration. They used the same materials in their car projects. 

"IMI continuously supports the involvement of small businesses in the country to provide facilities and infrastructure in each automotive championship, be it regional, national or international. The involvement proves that it has an international quality and encourages them to further improve their quality and productivity," said Bamsoet.

As the promoter of WSBK and Asia Talent Cup 2021, Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) has involved 330 local businesses in West Nusa Tenggara to spice up the events.
