Jakarta Vaccination Development; 11 Million People Given First Doses

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Jakarta Health Agency on Monday provided the latest Covid-19 vaccination development which states that first dose vaccinations have been given to 11,051,626 people or 123.6 percent from the city’s initial target.
Of all of them, 67 percent are residents with Jakarta ID cards while 33 percent are those who do not reside in the capital city.
The second vaccination dose has now reached 8,855,956 people or 99 percent of the city’s official target with 70 percent of them being people with Jakarta ID Cards.
The city’s public order agency (Satpol PP) continues to enforce pandemic restrictions such as face mask mandates and contact tracing in public spaces.
Those who have not been vaccinated are urged to register for one via the JAKI app or visiting the official website at corona.jakarta.go.id/vaksinasi.
