Java-Bali PPKM Extended until November 16-29; Jakarta Stays at Level 1

TEMPO.CO, JakartaThe Home Affairs Minister Tito Karnavian issued the Ministerial Instruction No. 60 of 2021 concerning the enforcement of the COVID-19 public mobility restrictions or PPKM Level 3, Level 2, and Level 1 in the Java and Bali Regions.

The new regulation notes the extension of multi-level PPKM in Java-Bali from November 16 to 29, 2021. A number of regions have changed their status levels. Jakarta, meanwhile, remained at the lowest level, meaning that there is a low risk of COVID-19 transmission in the capital city.

The following is the list of Java-Bali regions under PPKM Level 1:

- Jakarta

- Banten

Tangerang Regency

Tangerang City

- West Java

Cirebon City

Bogor city

Pangandaran Regency

Banjar City

Bekasi Regency

- Central Java

Demak Regency

Tegal City

Semarang city

Magelang City

Semarang Regency

- East Java

Surabaya City 

Mojokerto City

Madiun City

Kediri City

Blitar City

Jombang Regency

Lamongan Regency

Pasuruan City
