TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesia is now at the 115th stage of vaccine arrivals. In this arrival, as many as 4 million doses of Sinovac vaccines arrived in the country. "Vaccines keep arriving. This time, 4 million Sinovac vaccines arrived on November 8, 2021. So the total that has arrived in bulk has become around 326 million doses," said Minister of Communications and Informatics Johnny G Plate, Monday, November 8.

Johnny said the government is optimistic that with the smooth arrival of the vaccines, it can achieve the target of 70 percent of Indonesia's population getting vaccinated by the end of 2021. The government targets that by the end of this year, 123 million Indonesians have received a complete dose of vaccination.

"The smooth arrival of vaccines has made efforts to accelerate and expand the vaccination program optimally because the number of Indonesians who have been vaccinated continues to grow," he said.

The Minister of Communication and Information reminded that vaccination is not just an effort to protect oneself, but also to protect families and the whole community. The government does not forget to remind the public to maintain health protocols.

In addition, he also urged the public to increase their awareness during this rainy season. "Please maintain your stamina and endurance so that we do not become a host for viral diseases," said the Minister.
