Jokowi Travels to Kalimantan, Inaugurates Biodiesel Factory

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo travelled to South Kalimantan on Thursday, October 21, 2021. The President visited the province to inaugurate a biodiesel factory, among other agendas. Jokowi left Jakarta at around 07:30 AM via Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base.
Upon arrival at the Syamsudin Noor Air Force Base, Banjarbaru City, Jokowi immediately head to Tanah Bambu regency using a helicopter to the biodiesel factory.
After inaugurating the Biodesel Factory, Jokowi then travelled to Banjarmasin to oversee a vaccination program held at Dr. H. Moch Ansari Saleh Hospital. Following the vaccination program, Jokowi also offically inaugurated the Sei Alalak Bridge in Banjarmasin.
Accompanying the President the Minister of State Secretariat Pratikno, Minister of State Owned Enterprises Erick Thohir, Chief of Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono, Military Secretary Marsda TNI M. Tonny Harjono, along with the Commander of the Presidential Security Force of Indonesia Mayjen TNI Tri Budi Utomo.
