Poso Terrorist Leader Ali Kalora Dies in a Shootout

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - A gunfight between Madago RayaTask Force and Ali Kalora group broke again in Astina Village Mountain, Torue, Parigi Moutong, Central Sulawesi, on Saturday, September 18. Ali Kalora was listed as Poso terrorist fugitive.

Based on the information, two Poso terrorists died in the shootout and one of them was Poso terrorist leader, Ali Ahmad alias Ali Kalora. Another one was Kalora's member, Jaka Ramadhan.

"The alleged fugitives were Ali Kalora and Jaka Ramadhan, [we're] on the way to the location of the incident," said Indonesian Military or TNI's Danrem 132 Tadulako, Brig. Gen. Farid Makruf, on Saturday, September 18, 2021.

The shootout broke on Saturday at around 17:20 local time in Astina Village Mountain, Central Sulawesi.
