Finance Ministry Launches 'D'Maestro' Podcast on State Finance Education

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Finance Ministry launched a podcast dubbed D'Maestro focusing on state finance policies and issues. The podcast will be hosted by Marwanto Harjowiryono, the ministry’s Widyaiswara Expert Staffer and APWI chairman, and present leaders and figures in the field of state finance as resource persons.

“The Financial Education and Training Agency (BPPK) as a corporate university driver at the Finance Ministry continues to encourage the creation of a learning culture within the ministry so as to develop a learning organization,” said BPPK Head Andin Hadiyanto in Jakarta, Monday, August 30.

Andin said the ministry tapped into digital technology developments to keep moving towards a learning organization, one of which by launching the D'Maestro podcast.

“The name D'Maestro refers to the guests as the maestros in their fields who will provide various experiences or knowledge that have never been shared by others,” he said.

The head of the ministry’s Budget and Treasury Education and Training Center, Bambang Juli, explained the D'Maestro podcast would educate the public about state financial policies and current issues.

“This is one of our contributions to educating all levels of society by providing valid, reliable, and actual information,” said Bambang.
