Anies Baswedan Replaces Three Jakpro Executives

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan officially discharged three executives of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro). Those discharged were President Director Dwi Wahyu Daryoto, Business Development Director Mohammad Hanief Arie Setianto, and Commissioner Hadi Prabowo.

The three executives were replaced by Widi Amanasto as President Director, Gunung Kartiko as Business Development Director, and M. Hudori as the Commissioner.

According to the acting-head of Jakarta's Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD) Development Agency, Riyadi, rotations such as this often take place and that it is a regular occurrence.

"Change of leadership, either through promotion or rotation in a corporation or institution is a normal occurrence," Riyadi wrote in a statement on Thursday, August 26, 2021.

The replacement was made based on Jakpro's shareholders' resolution outside a general meeting of shareholders adopted on August 25, 2021.
