    The following vegetables and fruits are said to have the ability to reduce anxiety and stress.

    Avocado

    The vitamin B6 in avocados produces many neurotransmitters, including serotonin, which can affect the human mood. Vitamin B can also reduce anxiety, stress, fat, and can even help dilate blood cells.

    Blueberries
