KPK: 51 of 75 Employees Who Failed Civic Knowledge Test Are Dismissed

25 May 2021 19:51 WIB

TEMPO.CO, JakartaThe Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), and related institutions held a meeting on Tuesday, May 25, to discuss the fate of 75 KPK employees who did not pass the civic knowledge test (TWK).

KPK Deputy Chairman Alexander Marwata explained that it is possible for 24 of the 75 employees to undergo re-training, while the remaining 51 employees are no longer able to join the anti-graft body.

“Fifty-one employees cannot take the training program again,” said Alex in the BKN Building on Tuesda, May 25.

Alex said the conclusion was obtained after a discussion with the assessors.

The 24 employees were said to have a chance to be trained and will take part in the state defense education and re-training of the civic knowledge. If they pass the program, they will be allowed to join the KPK.

“If they don’t pass it, they cannot be ASN (state civil apparatus),” he remarked.

However, Alex stopped short of detailing the names of the 51 employees who were said to no longer be able to work in KPK.
