Ma'ruf Amin Inaugurates Pasar Rakyat Pariaman

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin left for Pariaman, West Sumatra, today, April 6, 2021, to monitor the Covid-19 vaccination and inaugurate Pasar Rakyat (People's Market) Pariaman.
The VP and his limited entourage took off from the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta, at 07:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB) boarding the BAe-RJ85 Presidential Airplane and arrived at Minangkabau International Airport at 08:55 WIB.
Arriving in the province, Ma’ruf was greeted by West Sumatra Governor and members of the West Sumatra Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda).
He is scheduled to inspect the vaccination at Kuraitaji Community Health Center (Puskesmas), South Pariaman District, Pariaman City. He and the entourage will then head to the Pariaman Market to inaugurate the People's Market and the Padang State University Sports Building.
The Vice President's last agenda today will be the planting of Ketapang Laut trees on the beach in Pariaman.
During this visit, Ma'ruf Amin was accompanied by Deputy Health Minister Dante Saksono Harbuwono, Deputy Minister of Public Works and Housing John Wempi Wetipo, Head of the Vice Presidential Secretariat Mohamad Oemar, and Secretary of the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) Harmensyah.
