Indosat Ooredoo Delivers Strong Growth Momentum With Total Revenue 27,9 Trillion

Indosat Ooredoo reported stellar growth in 2020, with total revenue increasing by 6.9% YoY (year-on-year) to Rp 27.9 trillion in 2020.

Going forward, Ahmad Al-Neama said that Indosat Ooredoo will continue to support cellular and business customers as Indonesia emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic. The company plans to help its customers adapt to the ‘new normal’ situation by optimizing their online lifestyles and work and study from home activities.

"Indosat Ooredoo is fully committed to supporting our cellular customers and business in adapting to new online lifestyles and ways of working and we all pull together to fight the pandemic. To support this fight, we are continuously working to improve network performance to meet the accelerated growth of data demand", said Ahmad Al-Neama.

He also thanked customers for their support during 2020, “We are grateful for the on-going support of our loyal customers and will demonstrate our gratitude by continuing to invest to ensure that our customers have the best mobile experience possible".

Entering 2021, Indosat Ooredoo plans to continue to upgrade and expand its corporate network,  focusing on developing 4G / LTE and Video Grade Networks. Ahmad Al-Neama said that through this investment Indosat Ooredoo hopes to continue to make an important contribution to Indonesia’s digital transformation, support the Indonesian government's digital economy plan and help to accelerate the nation’s economic recovery.
