TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesian safari park Taman Safari Bogor, West Java, will offer Circus Street Carnival attraction on 2021 New Year’s Eve. The safari park Public Relations Chief, Yulius H. Suprihardo ensures the implementation of tight health protocols during the event.
“Since West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil issued the reoperation permit of Taman Safari Bogor, we reassure the implementation of health measures in every sector for the staffs or visitors,” Yulius said Friday, December 11.
West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil allowed the reopening of the tourist destination located in Cisarua, Bogor, on July 26.
Taman Safari Bogor General Manager, Emeraldo Parengkuan, explains that Circus Street Carnival will install bright-colored decorations at the Caravan Restaurant area, where the peak of New Year’s celebration is held. The event will feature various acrobatic attractions, such as animal education, music performance, games, even fire dance for visitors who stay the night at Safari Lodges Hotel.
Emeraldo says that staff and visitors must apply the health protocols; wearing masks, washing hands, and social distancing. “We also regularly conduct the disinfection, check visitors’ temperature, implement non-cash transaction to avoid direct contact, and supervise the implementation of the health measures.”
Visitors must reserve a place to attend the New Year’s Eve event, which will be started early from 19:30 to 22:00, to meet the capacity set at the venue.
