TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Religious affairs minister Fachrul Razi is reportedly still hospitalized nearly 12 days after testing positive for COVID-19 on September 17.

The ministry’s special staff Kevin Haikal said the Fachrul’s condition remains stable and there had been no significant complaints coming from the state minister.

“His condition remains stable and continues to undergo isolation and treatment at the hospital,” said Kevin in a written statement on Tuesday, September 29. “We urge for your prayers so that the minister can recover and test negative for COVID-19.”

However, the ministry has kept the details tight as the hospital where Fachrul Razi is treated has not been announced. The minister’s role had also been delegated to the Religious Affairs Deputy Minister.
