Finance Ministry: Corporate Financing Soon Dispersed

22 September 2020 19:19 WIB

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta The Finance Ministry’s expert staff, Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha, on Tuesday said the government will soon disperse the corporate financing program in October 2020.

“We are only waiting for the right moment [to launch it] which we hope will be in October,” said Kunta on Tuesday, September 22.

However, the expert staff reminds that corporate underwriting would take considerably more time compared to those for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The government’s national economic recovery plan budget (PEN) as of September 17, 2020, amounts to Rp254.4 trillion or 36.6 percent from the PEN’s upper cap of over Rp600 trillion.

The government program also touches other sectors such as healthcare, social protection, business incentive, and MSMEs support.
