Covid-19 Patients Number at Wisma Atlet Hospital Drops

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - As of Monday, August 24, 2020, the number of patients treated at the Wisma Atlet Covid-19 emergency hospital has reportedly declined by 12 people, leaving 1,398 inpatients currently treated at the emergency facility specifically prepared for the pandemic.
"Confirmed Covid-19 patients who are treated at the Wisma Atlet emergency hospital up until Monday at 08:00 AM Western Indonesia Time is 1,398 people, 12 people less," said the hospital's spokesperson Marine Colonel Aris Mudian in a press statement on Monday, August 24, 2020.
In total, with two suspected cases, the facility housed 1,400 inpatients consisting of 779 male patients and 621 female patients.
Ever since the pandemic hits on March 23, 2020, the Covid-19 emergency hospital has treated a total of 11,643 patients and referred 243 patients to other hospitals with a total number of 9,693 recovered patients and three fatalities.
