TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Head of Legal Information of the Attorney General's Office Hari Setiyono said that he had no information concerning the cause of the fire that occurs in the main office of the Attorney General's Office. The fire occurs in a number of office rooms.
"For the cause [of the fire] is still being investigated. Hopefully, it can be handled immediately," Hari said in a live program broadcasted by Kompas TV on Saturday, August 22, 2020.
The fire starts on Saturday evening, August 22, 2020, at around 7:10 PM Western Indonesia Time (WIB). As many as 17 fire engines were mobilized to put out the fire.
Hari said that the fire occurs on the third floor up to the sixth floor of the main building, specifically in the staff room, the education room, and the intelligence room. Hari also confirmed that all of the data in those rooms were already backed up.
"We have backups data in case anything was burned," Hari said.
