Xendit Keeps Innovating Payment Infrastructure

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Xendit, one of the leading payment gateway providers in Indonesia, recently, launched their newest products, Xendit QR Code and Direct Debit. Inline with Bank Indonesia’s initiative to make Indonesia’s digital payment more seamless, starting from April 2020, Xendit have provided QR codes as an additional payment channel to allows clients’ customers to pay seamlessly from top eWallets (OVO, Gopay, DANA, LinkAja, ShopeePay) and top mobile banking applications (BCA, CIMB).
Xendit’s Direct Debit is a payment method where end users can register their debit cards or online bank login with a merchant through Xendit. After a one time authorization, merchants can pull funds directly from an end user’s bank account without OTP.
Not only launching new products, to respond to what businesses need in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, Xendit also launched a “Business For Good” initiative to support up to 200 SMEs, businesses authorized charities and non-profit organizations during this challenging time in ensuring their business continuity.
There are two types of financial support provided in the Xendit Business For Good program.
The first type is Grants, which help businesses and non-profit organizations to go digital and start accepting payments within a few working days. Xendit will enable various payment methods, and we will waive transaction fees for 1 month.
The second type is financial support, where Xendit provides financial support that can be used to cover operating expenses including payroll needs. We provide financial support at low-interest rates, with fast and flexible financing that businesses can repay as they earn.
Xendit is also extending a Refer a Friend program until 14 August 2020 where existing clients have the opportunity to get rewards when their referred friends’ businesses have also used Xendit’s products.
