75 Percent Covid-19 Patients of Bandung's Army School Cluster Recovered

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian Army (TNI AD) head of information department, Brig. Gen. Nefra Firdaus on Thursday announced that 75 percent COVID-19 patients of the Army’s Officer Candidate School (Secapa) cluster in Bandung, West Java, has recovered.
“From a total of 1,308 positive COVID-19 patients, 994 have tested negative or 75.9 percent. This leaves only 314 people who are still active cases or 24.1 percent,” Nefra Firdaus wrote in a written statement on Thursday, July 30.
He added that the recent PCR swab test report this morning had cleared another 49 people after they tested negative for the virus. The 314 army candidates recovering from COVID-19 are being treated at a hospital facility.
“None are being treated at Bandung’s Dustria Army Hospital. The 314 people are being isolated at the Army’s Secapa without any complaints,” said Nefra.
