COVID-19; Tuesday Marks Highest Recovery Rate with 2,366 Recoveries

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian COVID-19 task force on Tuesday announced the positive progression of the country’s coronavirus recovery rate. July 28 saw the highest daily average with 2,366 recoveries in the past 24 hours.
This marks the highest it has been reported ever since the announcement of the first victims on March 2.
In total, the COVID-19 recoveries amount to 60,539 cases with the second-highest daily recoveries recorded on July 19 with 2,133 recoveries. The government said there are 46,648 suspected cases.
Meanwhile, there are 1,748 daily confirmed cases as of Tuesday, totaling 102,051 cases nationwide. The national death toll as of Tuesday amounts to 4,901 Covid-19 cases.
