Christian Dior Confirms One COVID-19 Case; Jakarta Outlet Temporarily Closed

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Christian Dior outlet in Plaza Senayan, Jakarta, has temporarily shut its operations after one COVID-19 test came back positive. The temporary closure subjects the store to a complete sterilization.
“Yes, we have one confirmed test and we will continue to be aware. Our team immediately conducts a PCR test and has closed the boutique to be disinfected,” said a Christian Dior management representative Tempo reached on Monday, July 27.
The news first broke after an official announcement was placed at the boutique outlet went viral on social media, which suggested the confirmed case was discovered on July 25. The announcement reads, “Dear guests, we have a confirmed COVID-19 case in our store in Plaza Senayan on July 25.”
Christian Dior management assured that each and every people that had been in contact with the patient had been quarantined. The store will remain closed until Tuesday, July 28, after undergoing a complete sterilization procedure.
