Banks Resume Limited Operations After Eid Break

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Branch offices of banks have resumed their limited operations on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. State-owned lender PT Bank Mandiri on its official website announced the limited operational hours of its branches, from 09:00-14:00 local time, which reopen after the Eid al-Fitr holidays.
Bank Mandiri’s operational branches in Jakarta are spread in 21 areas. The Jakarta Kota area, for example, comprises Jakarta Glodok Pancoran branch (KC), KC Jakarta Jembatan Lima, KC Jakarta Ketapang Indah, KC Jakarta Kota, KC Jakarta Lindeteves, KC Jakarta Mangga Besar, KC Jakarta Mangga Besar Raya, and KC Jakarta Pasar Pagi Lama.
Bank Mandiri calls on its customers to utilize its latest online services to meet their financial transaction needs, such as payments, transfers and deposit account opening. Bank Mandiri customers can also open an account anywhere without having to visit a branch.
Besides Bank Mandiri, private lender PT Bank BCA is also resuming the operations of a number of its branches on Tuesday with a temporary closure/opening policy.
BCA’s open branches, for example, are Abdul Muis branch (KCP), KCP Agung Sedayu II, KCP Ambassador, KCP Ampera and KCP Ancol. Information relative to availability of BCA branches can be obtained on BCA’s official website.
State-owned PT Bank BNI also resumed the operations of its branches on Tuesday with normal operational hours. Operational BNI branches in the Jakarta area include, among others, KC Gambir, KC Harmoni, KC Central Jakarta, KC Harmoni, KC Menteng and KC Senayan. Several BNI branches, however, are temporarily closed, such as KC Abdul Muis and KC Bendungan Hilir.
