New Normal Health Protocol to be Introduced by Angkasa Pura I

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - State-owned airport operator PT Angkasa Pura I is reportedly composing a COVID-19 health guideline upon facing the ‘new normal’ set to be imposed in 15 airports which will refer to the health protocol issued by the COVID-19 task force.
This comes as an answer to the State-owned Enterprise Minister Erick Thohir’s instruction No. S-336/MBU/05/2020.
“We are composing a COVID-19 health guideline and the timeline to execute the new normal in terms of the safety and health of passengers, members of the general public, commercial partners, air carriers, and every airport stakeholders,” said PT Angkasa Pura I president-director Faik Fahmi in Sunday’s press release.
The guideline in question is said to contain numerous aspects in life such as the basic human communication aspect, work guidelines, customer relations, partners, and communications with stakeholders that abide by the large-scale social restriction (PSBB).
Prior to this, PT Angkasa Pura had already formed an internal task force to handle matters regarding the coronavirus pandemic. “The team is working non-stop to directly monitor, prevent, and monitor the attempts to prevent a further spread of the COVID-19,” he said.
Angkasa Pura I continued to coordinate its efforts with the Port health Authority (KKP) in suppressing the spread of the virus in AP I facilities across Indonesia.
