TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:

The National Police Commission urged the National Police to announce the type of the bullet which killed one person during a riot on August 9th in Wamena, capital of Jayawijaya district, Papua. Novel Al, member of the commission said, "the police should be open on the problem."

Head of the Public Relation Division at the National Police, Inspector General Abubakar Nataprawira said his side could not yet reported its investigation as his side were having trouble to identify the bullet.

The National Police and its forensic laboratory have examined the location where the incident occurred. The riot on August 9th in Wamena involved the hoisting of the Morning Star, flag of the Free Papua Organization.
