Indonesia Covid-19 Update; 43 Death Toll, 472 Cases in Jakarta

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The number of Covid-19 death tolls in Jakarta as of Thursday, March 26 increased to 43 from previously 37 people on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, as published on the official site corona.jakarta.go.id.
The number of patients also climbed from 440 to 472 people. Meanwhile, as many as 479 people were still waiting for the medical test result.
The data also stated that the number of cured patients has increased to 27 people. Out of the 472 patients, 290 people are being treated, while 112 others are carrying out self-quarantine.
Additionally, patients who were placed under surveillance (PDP) amounted to 899 people. For details, 608 of them were being treated in the hospital, while the rest 291 were allowed to return home.
As for people under monitoring (ODP), the latest numbers are 1,827 people.
In Indonesia the number of Covid-19 positive cases rises by 103 cases as of Thursday afternoon, March 26, 2020, bringing the total to 893 cases. Another 20 people were reported to have been infected by the coronavirus disease, bringing the tally up to 78 cases.
Meanwhile, 35 patients have been recovered and released from the hospital.
