Coronavirus: Response Team to Hold Public Briefings at Malls

TEMPO.CO, JakartaThe Jakarta administration’s COVID-19 response team planned on organizing a series of public briefings on the prevention and mitigation of the coronavirus at 15 locations in the capital on Friday, March 6, 2020.

“There will be briefings today on the coronavirus by health staff,” said Atikah, a team member, at the City Hall on Friday.

He said the briefings would take place in the capital’s five areas and highlight the dangers of the coronavirus and its preventive measures. “So there will be preventive promotion stands,” she said.

The briefings in Central Jakarta will be held at Thamrin City Mall, Dukuh Atas Station, Gambir Station and Harmoni Shelter; in South Jakarta at Gandaria City Mall, M Block, Manggarai Station, and Kasablanka Mall; in North Jakarta at Kelapa Gading Mall I and II; in West Jakarta at Jakarta Kota Station, Central Park Mall, and Asemka; in East Jakarta at Mester Market and Basura Mall.

“We have also made an information site on the coronavirus at corona.jakarta.go.id,” Atikah said.
