Big Bad Wolf Book Fair to Offer Teachers, Students Discounts

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The annual Big Bad Wolf (BBW) book fair is set to be held again in 2020 at the Indonesia Convention dan Exhibition (ICE) BSD located in South Tangerang on March 6 - March 16. The fifth event is offering deals up to 60-80 percent discounts.
“It will apply to all international books,” said PT Jaya Ritel Indonesia director, Uli Silalahi in a written statement on Wednesday.
The 2020 BBW will also see discounts offered for teachers, college lecturers, and students purchasing fiction books who are only required to show their identity cards at the cashier to obtain this deal.
Uli said that this discount is catered to the aforementioned groups as they are at the forefront of the education sector and play a critical role in elevating the country’s education.
“To further function as commendable teachers, they also need to improve their quality. Which is why this year’s event offers a 20 percent discount for fiction books to teachers, college lecturers, and students,” Uli explained.
Other deals offered in the 2020 Big Bad Wolf book fair include 5 percent discounts for BCA users on all international book purchases with a minimum transaction of Rp350,000. BCA also offers 20 percent cash back on all purchases via credit card and installments for a minimum transaction of Rp500,000.
