PDIP to Announce 50 Regional Head Candidates for 2020 Election

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle or PDIP was set to announce a total of 50 pairs of regional head and deputy head candidates whom it would nominate in the regional head or Pilkada 2020.

Based on the circulated information, the first announcement was slated to take place on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at 2 p.m. at the party’s central executive board (DPP) office on Jalan Diponegoro, Menteng.

The party’s chairwoman Megawati Soekarnoputri reportedly will attend the event.
