South Jakarta to Face Strong Wind, Stormy Rain Today: BMKG

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) has announced today’s weather forecast for Jakarta areas. South Jakarta and East Jakarta reportedly will face stormy rainfall and strong wind.
“Beware of rain with thunderstorms and strong wind in South Jakarta this afternoon,” said the agency through its release as published via www.bmkg.go.id on Thursday, December 26.
Additionally, the two areas will possibly see cloudy sunny weather in the morning and cloudy at night.
The air temperature will likely be within 24-31 degrees Celsius with humidity levels ranging in 75-100 percent.
Meanwhile, the medium intensity of rain will shower West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and East Jakarta this afternoon. North Jakarta and the Thousand Islands will be cloudy.
BMKG predicted that most areas in Jakarta will be partly cloudy, yet the Thousand Island will have light rain with an average temperature ranging between 24-31 degrees Celcius and a humidity level of 75-100 percent.
