TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - A number of commuters have voiced their complaints about the new schedule of Commuter Line that is taken into effect on December 2 through the official Instagram account of the railway operator, @commuterline.
One of them @nzrzukarnain wrote in the comment section, “The schedule is not cleared, it says [there are] more trains but they are flooded with passengers.”
Another commuter under the social media account @shintabasundari said the same sentiment. “The train schedule of Bekasi-Jakarta is faster, but if the departure delays by 10-12 minutes, there will be no changes,” she said.
In response to the complaint, PT KCI VP Corporate Communications Anne Purba explained that passengers were still confused about the implementation of the new schedule. However, she admitted that the change would spark criticism and suggestions at the beginning.
Thus, commuters are suggested to download the new schedule via the website krl.co.id to adjust their trips.
