"We gather the witnesses first, there are seven witnesses," said Police Commander Fahri Siregar, Chief of the Law Enforcement and Development Sub-Directorate of the Metro Jaya Police Traffic Directorate on Friday, November 15, 2019.

Fahri explained that one of the witnesses that have provided a testimony is the security guard located close to the accident site. Another witness who have provided a testimony is the passenger of the car that was driver by DH, identified as L.

In relation to the accident, the investigators have named DH as suspect. From the initial examination, DH was declared guilty for driving under the influence of alcohol.
