    TEMPO.CO, JakartaThe police announced six people suffered injuries in the suicide bombing in Medan Police headquarters. The terror attack occurred on Wednesday, November 13, at around 09:45 a.m.

    “There are six victims, four of them are police officers, one staffer, and one civil,” said National Police spokesman Insp. Gen. Mohammad Iqbal when asked for confirmation today.

    The six victims had been rushed to the Police Hospital for medical treatment, Iqbal added.

    Tempo observed that areas before Medan Police headquarters on Jalan HM Said were closed for public. Hundreds of Mobile Brigade (Brimob) personnel armed with long barrels stood guard at the front park of the building. Apart from Brimob, dozens of officers of the police identification unit or Inafis were already at the scene.
