General Motors Indonesia Commits to Chevrolet Aftersales Services

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - General Motors (GM) Indonesia assures that it will not seize to exist and continue its commitment in terms of aftersales services following the announcement that it would entirely stop its sales activities as of March 2020.
Post-March 2020, GM Indonesia says that its aftersales services will remain under GM’s management to serve Chevrolet customers. They confirmed that parts for Chevrolet vehicles will continue to be provided via authorized service outlets (ASO) that are spread across Indonesia.
Owners of Chevrolet vehicles will continue to receive services on routine vehicular checks, maintenance, repairs, fast-moving parts purchases, and warranty services. This was further assured by General Motors Indonesia’s aftersales service director Dadan Ramadhani.
“General Motors Indonesia will continue to exist to provide warranty services and aftersales. We will commit to serving customers in terms of maintenance and repairs for Chevrolet vehicles across our official outlets,” said Dadan in a release Tempo received on Sunday, November 3.
