"Until November, it will be permanent," said Chief of the Jakarta Transportation Agency Syafrin on Saturday, November 2, 2019, concerning the construction of bike lanes.
Syafrin said that the bike lane will be constructed in a number of models. The first model will be a bike lane equipped with road dividers, and a model which only indicated by road marks and paints.
Syafrin said that once bike lanes have been made permanent, the Transportation Agency will take firm action against any road users who violated bike lanes.
